hello alll , I have an older dell MB w/ this number ,. it is a 478 socket processr, I thnk it had a 2.6 Ghz in it . heat sink but no cpu fan,
it has 4 dimm slots for 184 pin ram,
1AGP slot
3 PCI slots ,.an onbrd VGA port ,5 onbrd sound ports/plug conns
ps2 mse and keybrd conns,..4 onbrd usb prts,..1 onbrd lan port
2 IDE conns ,. 1 flppy
2 SAta conns,
I’m looking for front panel connection info to put this in a aftrmarket tower ,,.. any ideas ??? can’t find much from dell

Look for the Dell part numbers. This is just a Guess. The Dimension 4600 also says E210882 I think this means some kind of UL or other Listing.

That number is not the model of the motherboard. However, even if you knew the motherboard, Dell does not provide pinout information for the front panel connectors. In fact, putting a Dell motherboard in a non-Dell case is usually an exercise in futility.
